To link to a page using the links module, hover over the pencil icon on the module and click 'Add Link'.
Add a title, this is the name that will display on the links module, and select the button that says 'Page (A page on your site)'. A drop down next to 'Page:' will appear giving a list of all the pages on your site you can link to. Select the page you wish to link to and click update at the bottom.
