The Forms Module comes equipped with several survey options, but the options listed within them are all edited the same way.
Enter the form you wish to add these features on, and select the Dropdown, Radiobutton, or Checkbox you want to edit. Then click 'Options' under the wrench at the top.
Delete the existing demo options and type in the options you would like available, separating each option by holding shift and pressing enter. Once complete, click on ok.
As always, when you are done making changes, press Save & Return on the top left.
