When adding new pages to your website, it typically is better to copy an existing page so that when you begin, it has all of the modules on the page already that you will need. (ie. Quick Links and Related Pages.)
To copy a page, begin by hovering over the Content tab in the Persona Bar, then click Pages
Find the page you would like to Copy/Duplicate and click the page title. Three dots should appear to the right of the title. Hover your mouse over those dots then click Duplicate.
Change the name and title of the page.
Click on the Advanced Tab. From here you can see the modules that you are copying to your new page. This part is important as it will control how the modules are copied to the new page.
You may uncheck the box next to any module you do not wish to copy. Then you will see three options next to each module. 'New', 'Copy', and 'Reference'.
New - This will make the module start fresh as if it is a new module.
Copy - This will copy the module exactly how it is, without referencing.
Reference - This is likely to be the choice you select for Quick Links and Related Pages. This makes the module the same exact module as the other pages. By selecting this option, when a new link is added to quick links on any other page, that new link will reflect here as well. If a module is not referenced, then the changes will not reflect across other pages.
The standard page setup is Quick Links, Related Pages, and then one that has the name of the page you copied that is an HTML module. Rename the html module to the new page name and select new. Then set the Quick Links and Related Pages to Reference.
Then click 'Add Page'. To move this page, go to the 'Page Manager' in the cmadmin control bar.
